Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing during normal periods.

During busy launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 DELIVERY TIMES

🇬🇧 UK: 10–24 days
🇺🇸 USA: 10–24 days

Once your order is on its way, you can follow its progress at any time using your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to start updating and may pause between scans — this is completely normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. If your order still hasn't arrived after the full 24 days, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

We always aim to have your order delivered sooner, but we state a longer delivery timeframe so that customers are not disappointed if there are delays during transit.

The majority of orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks, with many arriving within 2 weeks. 💕

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be added to your order. You can use it to check your delivery status at any time. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SquisheSquish is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Postal service disruptions
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Carrier-related issues outside our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local courier first.

SquisheSquish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
