Due to hygiene reasons and the sensory nature of our products, we do not normally offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, refunds or replacements may be considered if your order meets one of the following requirements:

- Your item arrived damaged
- Your order is missing items
- The product has a major fault or defect upon arrival
To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund depending on the situation
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

- Personal preference or expectations
- Believing the product does not exactly match photos
- Minor imperfections, bubbles, texture marks, or colour variations
- Differences caused by lighting, editing, or screen settings
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
